- Everyone starts again at 0 LP. The ladder is wide open!
- New season trophy: finish in Challenger to earn the Season 3 Blood Crown frame.
- The top 3 again win Premium+/Premium time and up to 3,000 Gems.

Battle Pass Season 3: Lanternlight
Battle Pass Season 3: Lanternlight starts December 29 at 12:01 (Berlin time), right as Season 2: Starfall ends, and runs for 90 days. It has 100 tiers and 7 brand-new rewards that you can only get from this pass:

On top of that, the free track gives Gold at every tier and the premium track gives 1,200 Gems in total, so the pass pays for itself and then some.

⛏️ Sneak peek: Professions
Professions: four gathering minigames
Here's a first look at our next big update. The new Gathering Hall in town brings four gathering professions. Each one has its own short skill-based minigame:
- ⛏️ Miner (The Deep Mine): Strike when the marker is on the crack. The closer to the middle, the cleaner the break.
- 🪓 Treefeller (The Old Forest): Chop on the side the arrow shows, as fast as you can. A wrong side wastes the swing.
- 🔪 Skinner (The Hunting Grounds): Trace the dotted cut line and stay on it to keep the hide whole.
- 🌱 Cotton Farmer (The Cotton Fields): Pick the white bolls before they wilt and leave the green ones alone.
Every run is graded C to S. Better grades mean more loot rolls, more XP and better odds on rare finds.
Professions: materials, refining and skill trees
- 📦 256 materials from common to legendary, in four families per profession: ores, gems, logs, resins, hides, scales, silks, dye plants and more.
- 🌍 Shared deposits. All players draw from the same server-wide deposits, and they refill over time. The rarest materials can run dry when everyone goes after them, so timing matters!
- 🔥 Refining in town. Turn raw materials into bars, planks, leather, cloth and more at 12 city refineries: 3 Smelters, 3 Sawmills, 3 Tanneries and 3 Weaving Mills.
- 🏰 Guilds fight over the refineries. Every week guilds bid war-chest Gold to hold a refinery and set its tax, which is paid into their war chest.
- 🌳 Skill trees. Level your profession up to 50 and spend a skill point per level on bonuses such as extra pieces, better rare odds, less refinery tax and finally a capstone such as Grand Miner: S grades roll once more and legendaries are twice as likely.
- 🔄 You follow one profession at a time and can switch every 30 days. Your progress in each profession is kept.
Everything you gather is tradable and meant for crafting, so start thinking about which profession you'll pick. 😉

The Halloween event is over. The Halloween Hollow has closed and the limited Halloween cards (Pumpkin King, Swamp Witch, Hex Cat and friends) no longer drop. Thanks to everyone who hunted pumpkins with us! If you got the full set, show it off in the comments. 🎃
