# 🛠️ PixMMO — Patch Notes ## 💬 Chat v2 A full overhaul of the chat system is live! - **Interactive Emoji Picker** — click 😊 in the chat bar to browse 6 categories (Popular, Faces, Gaming, Nature, Objects, Symbols) and search any emoji - **Recent Emojis** — your last-used emojis are saved and shown at the top - **Reactions** — hover any message to quick-react with 5 emojis or open the full picker - **Reply / Edit / Delete** — hover actions on your own messages - **Fancy scrollbar** — sleek thin scrollbar with an indigo glow across the whole game ## 🖼️ Custom Emojis *(Admin)* Admins can now upload and manage custom server emojis directly from the dashboard. - Upload **PNG / WebP / GIF** (animated supported!) - Custom emojis show up in the chat emoji picker for all players - Use them in reactions just like standard emojis - Delete them any time from the **Chat** tab in the Admin panel ## 🔧 Moderation Tools *(Admin)* New **Chat** section in the Admin dashboard: - **Slow Mode** — 0–120 second cooldown between messages - **Banned Words** — add/remove blocked phrases - **Max Message Length** — configurable character cap - **Kill Switch** — disable chat globally - **Quick Mute** — mute a player by username with a duration selector - **Chat Log** — view the last 100 messages with delete and quick-mute shortcuts ## 🗺️ UI — Header Navigation Bar **News**, **Forum**, **Wiki** and **Leaderboard** have been moved out of the sidebar and into a persistent top navigation bar, freeing up space in the sidebar for game actions. - Active page is highlighted with a coloured pill - Horizontally scrollable on mobile - Sticks to the top on desktop as you scroll --- ## 🐛 Bug Fixes 🔴 **Unequip — item changed or disappeared** Fixed a race condition where unequipping an item would sometimes put the *wrong* item back into your inventory or cause the equipped item to vanish entirely.
