The world just got a lot bigger! Each zone has 5 new monsters and a boss with hand-drawn pixel art, its own battle backdrop and its own music track.

🦎 New Pet: Axolotl
A Rare cave healer that drops in hard Raids. It flutters its gills while idle, waddles when it runs, and heals with Regeneration, blowing bubbles as it does.

🌱 First Week Journey (new players)
Seven tasks, with one more unlocking each day after sign-up: 50 steps, 25 kills, Level 5, join a guild, win an Arena fight, Level 10, and your first Raid clear. Each task pays items and level-scaled Gold. Day 7 adds 25 Gems. You have 14 days after sign-up to claim the rewards.
🎁 Welcome Back Gift
Coming back after 7+ days away (Level 5+) gets you a gift: 3× daily login Gold, 2 XP Scrolls, a Plunder Potion and a Fortune Potion (at most once every 30 days).
🛠️ Maintenance Mode
- Scheduled maintenance now shows a countdown banner in the game.
- During maintenance you'll see a maintenance screen with the reason, the expected end time and a link to the forum.
🕐 Server Time in the HUD
The sidebar now shows the server time (Berlin). If your clock differs, your own time appears underneath, which makes it easier to plan World Bosses and events.

⚖️ Balance Changes
- Skill Tomes:
- Tomes now drop only from kills, not from plain travel steps (about 1 per 250 steps instead of 1 per 50).
- Each skill rank costs 2.5× as many tomes as before (one full tree: 79 tomes instead of 31).
- A reset refunds exactly what you paid. Trees learned before the change are refunded at the old price.
- Smith's Blessing: the upgrade bonus is now relative (×1.1) instead of a flat +10 points (e.g. 1% → 1.1%, 70% → 77%), which matches the banner's "+10%".
🔧 Improvements
- 🥚 Pet eggs now stack (up to 999 per species) in the inventory, Home Chest and Town Chest.
- 👥 Travel Parties reworked: each player can be in only one party, and invites now count toward the 5-slot cap. The leader can cancel invites, and joining or leaving at the same time no longer causes conflicts.
- 🔋 Battery saver (Settings → Gameplay): stops animations and saves battery.
- 📱 Lower battery drain in the mobile apps: audio, the game clock and background requests pause while the app is hidden.
- 📱 New animated boot splash in the mobile apps.
- 🔔 New push notifications (each can be turned off under Settings → Notifications → App alerts):
- A World Boss is starting in about 10 minutes
- Comeback reminders
- 📜 Players without a recorded acceptance of the terms of service will be asked once more to accept them.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Tablet/landscape: game content now scrolls on short screens, so STEP and ATTACK are no longer cut off (e.g. iPad in landscape).
- Login loop: fixed the screen flickering between Login and Game when the connection failed (Android).
- Profile backgrounds removed by staff are now actually taken off the player's profile.
- Several security fixes around the Marketplace, guilds, inventory saves and cosmetics.
