Autumn update - New Server, Heroes, Market Changes, Town Chest & more

Huge update, adventurers! Here's everything that's new, all in one place.

🚀 We Moved to a New Server

• PixMMO now runs on a new server for better speed and stability
• Your account, items and progress came with you
• Notice anything odd? Let us know in the forum or on Discord

🧙 Create Your Hero

• Male & female pixel heroes with tons of cosmetics
• Auras: lightning strikes, whirling leaves, flame aura & more
• Your hero now fights for you in combat, raids & the arena, with attack animations
• Your pixel hero is now your profile picture everywhere. Uploaded avatars are gone
• Existing players will be asked to create their hero on login!

🏟️ Arena

• Arena fights are now animated auto-battles
• Attacked while offline? You'll get a notification: hit Watch replay to see how it went down
• New Recent fights list to rewatch your battles
• New 🏆 Arena Killboard: latest fights, player K/D, kill streaks and the biggest upsets
• Arena fights always start at 100% HP

🐉 Raids

• Raids are now live auto-battles against pixel-art dragons & new bosses
• Cleaner, easier-to-read raid page, and your hero fights visibly in the battle
• After a win, a Raid Chest bursts open and the loot flies out to random raiders ✨
• Gold is split between the raiders; XP is not
• Raids always start at 100% HP

🎉 Parties & LFG

• Party leaders can name their party, set it to Open or Invite only, and pass on the leader role
• Not in a party? Browse Open Parties on the party page and join with one click
• New 📣 LFG chat channel: leaders can advertise their party there, and readers get a Join button

❤️ Healing Reworked

• Campfire: hit Make camp on the road and tap REST to heal. Tap when the ring glows gold for a Perfect (×2 heal) and build a cozy streak 🔥
• You also heal slowly on your own while resting, and go straight back to stepping once you're at full HP
• The Inn in town heals twice as fast. The healer's instant heal is still there if you'd rather pay gold
• Losing a fight in travel now leaves you at 10% HP by the campfire, so no more free full heal on death 💀
• New 🧪 Items button next to Make camp: use potions right from the travel screen

🏪 Market

• Fixed-price listings now stay up for 14 days
• Didn't sell? The item goes back to your inventory automatically and you'll get a notification
• Every listing shows how long it has left
• Existing listings get 14 days from when you listed them (at least 1 more day from now)

📈 Estimated Market Value

• Items now show an estimated value based on real player sales from the last 30 days
• Affixes matter! The same sword with different affixes is valued separately, and closer rolls count more
• If no exact match has sold yet, you'll see an approximate value (marked with ~)
• Find it on market listings, when creating a listing, and in your item details

🐴 The Stable

• Buy & equip animated mounts (yes, including a winged pig 🐷) that cut your step cooldown
• New mounts are rented for 14 days, then they return to the Stable and you can rent them again
• 🎉 Already own a mount? You keep it forever! Everything bought before the rental change stays permanent
• The Stable shows how much rental time you have left

🎒 Inventory & Storage

• Inventory folders: sort your bag into your own colour-coded folders (up to 12), and move items in bulk with Select → Move to…
• 📦 Town Chest: a new building in town to store items safely (60 slots)
• Upgrade your chest up to 220 slots. The first upgrades cost gold, the bigger ones cost gems 💎
• Lock items, save gear builds, and see gear stats on player profiles

🃏 Monster Trading Cards

• Collectable pixel-art monster cards that drop from monsters and can be traded
• Raid dragons have their own cards, plus a new wiki section
• Common cards drop at 1.5–3% per kill each
• Cards show up in Possible Drops while travelling, with their drop chances

🌙 Night Market & Nightwatch

• Black Merchant's new night market: you can now sell gems back (10% below buy price)
• Nightwatch redesigned with a new Watch Captain, and rewards now scale with your level

🖼️ Cosmetics

• 9 new pixel-art avatar frames in the store: Window, Gilded, Inferno, Castle, Frost, Vines, Arcade, Bone & Royal

📱 Mobile Apps

• Android & iOS apps are in testing, more soon!

🐛 Fixes

• Fixed stat points sometimes coming back or disappearing after spending them
• Fixed Max HP drifting after swapping or upgrading gear. It's now always calculated correctly (yours may change once on your next login)
• Level-ups from raids, guild wars and dungeons now give their stat point
• Arena defenders now use their real max HP
• Monsters that couldn't be killed now die properly
• Low-level accounts no longer end up in the wrong zone
• Chat widget now has a close button on mobile
