Delete Your PixMMO Account

This page explains how to delete your PixMMO account and the data associated with it. It applies to accounts used on the website and in the PixMMO apps for Android, iOS and desktop — all of them share the same account.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. Include your username and send the email from the email address registered to your account, so we can verify that the account belongs to you.
3. We confirm your request by email and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner. If we cannot verify ownership, we will reply asking for more information before deleting anything.

Deletion is permanent: your character, items, gems and Premium time cannot be restored afterwards, and unused purchases are not refunded by deleting the account.

What we delete

• Your account: username, email address and password hash
• Your character and gameplay data: stats, inventory, pets, mounts, cosmetics, gems, achievements and progress
• Guild membership, friends list and marketplace listings
• Chat and forum messages (deleted or anonymized so they are no longer linked to you)
• Linked Discord data (Discord ID, username, avatar), linked Google account data (Google ID, email address) and push notification tokens

What we keep, and for how long

Records of completed purchases (transaction ID, product, amount, date) are kept for as long as German commercial and tax law requires — generally up to 10 years (§§ 147 AO, 257 HGB) — and are then deleted. We may also keep information needed to defend against legal claims or to enforce a ban for serious rule violations.
